Position:
As a Trainee Network Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting in the operation, maintenance, and security of an organization's computer networks. This entry-level role is designed to provide training and hands-on experience in network administration, allowing you to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in the field.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring the organization's network infrastructure to ensure it is functioning smoothly. Identify and report any issues or anomalies to senior administrators.
• Provide basic technical support to end-users by addressing network-related issues, such as connectivity problems and access permissions.
• Assist in maintaining and upgrading network hardware, such as routers, switches, and firewalls, and software, including operating systems and network management tools.
• Help diagnose and resolve network issues, such as connectivity problems, performance bottlenecks, and security breaches.
• Collaborate with senior administrators to plan and implement network upgrades, expansions, and optimizations.
• Assist in implementing and testing backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data and network availability in case of unexpected events.

• A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong interest in network administration and a desire to build a career in this field.
• Basic understanding of network protocols, topologies, and equipment.
• Familiarity with operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and network services.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Strong communication skills to provide user support and collaborate with colleagues.
