The Position:
The Division are on the search for a Recruiting Coordinator, to own administrative tasks for recruiting new talent to help us find additional team members for our Sales, Account Management, and Customer Service Teams. This role will also support other departments as needs and time permits.

The Recruiting Coordinator will own a specified portion of employee recruitment and onboarding, and work with stakeholders to elevate and enhance the recruitment and onboarding employee experience. Administrative tasks such as job postings, communication with candidates, scheduling interviews and follow ups, will be owned by this role.

The ideal candidate is someone that has strong organizational skills and a curiosity to help improve hiring. This candidate takes initiative, is an excellent communicator, has a strong work ethic and is a results-driven relationship builder. As the first point of contact for candidates, we are looking for a brand ambassador with genuine enthusiasm and energy for sourcing the right talent.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
  • Manage all administrative tasks and candidate interview coordination including:
  • Manage and own all job postings by working with hiring Managers for needs and job descriptions.
  • Communicate with candidates to schedule phone screens, interviews, and job offers.
  • Partner with Human Resources to use internal tools (Workday) for creation of job offers, including creation of candidate profiles and moving candidates through offer stages.
  • Organize/keep track of all candidates including what stage they are at in the process.
  • Manage monthly invoicing of recruiting accounts (Indeed).
  • Support and accomplish any additional tasks that are assigned.
  • Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs.
  • Continuously partner with manager to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects.
  • Provide a high-touch experience for both the candidate and hiring manager through initial screening, interviewing and offer period.
  • Prepare and distribute recruiting metrics reporting.
  • Develop and implement other creative recruiting strategies for attracting candidates on a proactive basis.
  • Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions and input job requisitions to Workday.
  • Partner with IT team to ensure hardware is delivered and activated on day 1 of employment.
Job Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience developing recruiting strategies.
  • Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities.
  • Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems a plus!
  • Demonstrated experience crafting and executing recruiting strategies and enthusiastically building a pipeline of diverse talent, including active and passive candidate sourcing, and internet-based sourcing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
  • Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, in person etc.)
  • Experience and use of creative search methods such as niche/industry websites, social networking, and LinkedIn to identify qualified candidates.
  • Proven experience and ability to headhunt passive, semi-passive and direct candidates.
