The Position:
The Constellation Dealership Groups OPE team is looking for a Data Manipulation Specialist at the Contour office in Lahore, Pakistan. This individual would be a part of a team which will be responsible for providing excellent and responsive software support to customers, interpreting business rules and data, our customers will rely on your skills and knowledge to migrate data from various systems. Support will be provided on our proprietary application via a combination of email, live chat or phone channels. We are seeking an individual that is analytical, customer-focused and bright.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic, quick learner with strong attention to detail
- Outstanding command of English (verbal and written).
- Experience living or studying in North America or the U.K. would be a plus.
- Customer service focused. Polite, professional, and tactful.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Primary duties include:
- Use ticketing system to open tickets, prioritize ticket queue, update and close tickets with complete and accurate documentation in a timely and effective manner
- Identify and escalate key support and product issues to team lead
- Assist with maintaining an up-to-date knowledgebase
- Document customer data requirements and work with the project management team to determine out of scope items.
- Develop/test/execute data conversion routines within an established conversion framework in a timely and accurate manner
- Develop and maintain internal and customer-facing conversion documentation.
- Convert data from multiple data sources into Microsoft SQL Server &/or Microsoft Excel
- Create basic SQL scripts with limited assistance
- Verify data integrity and identify data cleanliness issues
- Reconcile converted data to ensure accuracy
- Communicate effectively with management
- Develop good working relationships with departmental staff to troubleshoot technical and functional issues that may arise during the implementation process.
- Develop/test/execute data conversion routines within an established conversion framework in a timely and accurate manner.
- Develop and maintain internal and customer-facing conversion documentation.
- Convert data from multiple data sources into Microsoft SQL Server &/or Microsoft Excel.
- Verify data integrity and identify data cleanliness issues.
- Multitask and manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
Educational/Technical Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent (preference for accounting or business management)
- Intermediate Excel skills required. Including, managing data and information, filtering information, managing pivot tables & a basic understanding of functions and formulas to interpret data.
- Experience in migrating/converting data
- Strong test documentation, management, execution and reporting skills.
- Strong ability to understand business process and logic.
- Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented agile work environment.
- Ability to see the big picture and the ability to think outside the box
Work Shift:
- 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Standard Time
- Willing to work weekends, if required
