The Division:
Emphasys Software Leading provider of software solutions to public housing authorities, housing finance agencies, local governments, and financial lenders.

The Position:
We are looking for a Intermediate Software Developer , who will be involved in analysis, development, testing troubleshooting & issue resolution and documentation of the product. This is a contractual role with high possibility of renewal.

The chosen individual will work out of the Contour Software Lahore/Karachi/Islamabad resource center office, as an extension of the division-based R&D department.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Hands-on development and produce quality work efficiently.
• Able to reproduce critical issues related to development and fix them.
• Application Development and assistance for internal and external users.
• Converting backlog items to software tasks based on the architecture.
• Testing and Change control deployments.
• Assists in clear documentation and problem resolutions of Product Development.
• Contributes feedback and input to implement best design practices.
• Contributes to the development of business and functional requirements to ensure stakeholder understanding.
• Adhere to reporting standards setup by upper management

• Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering or equivalent technical Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience of developing applications using C#/.NET and API Development.
• 3+ years experience of developing front end using JavaScript/ReactJS/State management.
  • Candidates with experience of Angular and .NET are also highly encouraged to apply.
• Thorough understanding of design and architectural patterns.
• Experience of building and consuming RESTful services.
• A problem free philosophy and strong problem-solving skill set.
• Excellent English Language Communication Skills.
