We are actively seeking a highly qualified and experienced Office ChildCare Specialist to join our in-house Child Care facility. Responsibilities:

As a Daycare Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing creative and educational activities that enhance children's language, cognitive, and motor skills.
• Cultivating a positive and respectful environment through effective communication and teaching courteous behaviors.
• Engaging children in reading sessions, fostering a love for literature.
• Planning and overseeing rest, bed, and nap times to ensure a well-balanced routine.
• Establishing and maintaining a thorough cleaning routine to uphold the sanitary and safe conditions of all interactive areas.
• Communicating promptly with parents in case of emergencies and keeping HR informed of any situations.
• Developing a comprehensive monthly plan of children's activities and sharing it with HR.
• Providing vigilant supervision to ensure the safety of children throughout the day.
• Maintaining the availability and functionality of childcare supplies and equipment, promptly reporting any maintenance needs to HR.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 16 years of Education, with additional training in early childhood development and/or a Montessori diploma considered a significant advantage.
• Proven childcare experience, preferably within an office environment.
• First aid certification is a valuable asset.
