We are looking for an L&D Coordinator to provide administrative support in respect of L&D activities. The role will require you to provide general L&D advice and guidance escalating queries as required and support the administration of volunteering while producing monthly L&D reports and statistics.

  • Maintain HR & L&D records ensuring their accuracy, and relevance.
  • Administer the On-Boarding of all new joiners.
  • Produce/update/analyze monthly reports and KPIs, providing management information as requested.
  • Support the update of L&D policies and procedures.
  • Design and Co-ordinate the training calendar.
  • Co-ordinate Corporate L&D programs (Toastmasters/Wellness/Inhouse Service Line Trainings, etc.)
  • Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identifies skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
  • Mapping out training plans and schedules, in connection with solutions offered by internal and external training providers.
  • Procure external courses or learning material using the most cost-effective means ensuring quality delivery of training.
  • Undertake relevant project work as required.
  • Assist with the intake of Interns & Graduates and perform other related duties as required.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.
