The Position:
We are looking for an individual with high learning ability to take position as a Financial Aid Processor ; the individual would work out of the Contour Software Karachi resource center office, as an extension of the division-based Support department.

Responsibilities:

• Review and correct Financial Aid Loan and Grant records submitted by the school on behalf of students attending their college.
  • This person would perform calculations for incoming Loan and Grant awards to ensure the amount requested for the student being reviewed is correct based on United States Department of Education (ED).
  • Corrections to Loan and Grant awards would be made by this person if inaccuracies were found.
• Loan and Grant records would be sent to be reviewed by a quality control (QC) specialist or manager for review.
• Calculation accuracy is of the utmost importance as our customers (schools) rely on the person in this position to keep them in compliance with ED. Accuracy is tracked on every record and is reviewed weekly.

• 2+ years of professional work experience with general office practices or data entry
• Good Math Skills & Logic Skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Spreadsheet skills
• Good verbal, Effective Phone and written communication skills

• Exceptional Attention to Detail and Accuracy
• Well Organized

• Understanding of Financial Aid Process in US

• Shift During training period - 7 AM to 3 PM Eastern Standard Time (4 PM to 12 AM Pakistan Standard Time)
• Regular shift after training - 3 PM to 12 AM Eastern Standard Time (12 AM to 9 AM Pakistan Standard Time)
