Job Description
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) acts as liaison between our Sales & Marketing teams and holds an important position at the top of the sales funnel for the company. The primary responsibility is to drive interest in Constellation1 offerings and qualify leads through great first impressions. Specifically, this role involves engaging with prospective customers to provide timely information and establish meetings for the sales team.
Responsibilities
Work as part of the sales team to achieve sales objectives
Execute a consultative sales process, assessing each prospect's needs
Prospect new business nationwide through marketing-provided inbound leads.
Follow outreach plan through email and phone: minimum 50 outreaches per day
Schedule appointments for sales executives
Manage database to target prospective customers and in alignment with overall sales strategy
Manage inbound lead follow ups and routing produced by marketing
Stay current with Constellation1 products and services
Share, learn, and collaborate to improve execution and drive results
Ability to work 8AM-5PM PST
Required Experience
Bachelor's degree or higher from Europe or UK preferred
Strong English written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce or other)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Marketing domain knowledge as asset but not required
