Position:
Cogsdale is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central Consultant to join our Implementation team and own the following responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to external customers and Cogsdale project teams in support of client Business Central implementations, applying Cogsdale's implementation methodology to assist customers in deploying the solutions in a timely and effective manner
• Perform a lead consultant role on larger projects where more than one consultant is engaged
• Analyze customer business needs and objectives and provide in-depth application expertise in targeted business areas, streamlining customer business processes to achieve greater ROI within the context of Business Central
• Provide insight on best practices and participate in our process improvement initiatives
• Provide training to client staff to perform day-to-day activities in support of ERP implementations
• Mentoring of colleagues and providing support and guidance.

• Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its add-on products
• Installation, training, upgrading, configuration, support, and documentation of 365 Business Central
• Assist in drawing up comprehensive Test Plans for client ERP implementations
• Provide onsite and offsite consulting services and support to Dynamics 365 Business Central clients
• Actively work on resolving technical issues and establishing improved solutions
• Other related tasks relevant to the deployment and support of the solutions in the client's environment
• Ability to work closely with technical staff to define and document user requirements and functional specifications

• Ability to provide Post-implementation support (help desk)
• Participate to product demonstrations during the sales process
• Help teach and grow Microsoft Dynamics D365 Business Central knowledge and business
• Help define and improve internal implementation initiatives with regards to Microsoft Dynamics D365 Business Central

• Minimum 3-5 years of Dynamics NAV / Business Central Manufacturing consulting experience, including full cycle NAV / Business Central implementation experience coupled with a comprehensive understanding of ERP applications
• Post-secondary education in the relevant business discipline (B.Comm., CPA, APICS, PMP, etc.) preferred
• Dynamics NAV / Business Central certifications will be considered in our selection process
• Self-motivated, able to work alone and in teams, articulate, and able to inspire confidence in audiences
• Knowledge of two or more other functional areas of Dynamics NAV / Business Central would be an asset (e.g. Finance, Project Management & Accounting, Job Costing, Sales, Procurement)
• Process analysis, redesign, and documentation experience
• Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of utilities an asset
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 Field Services an asset
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 third party add on an asset
• Ability to learn new business processes or applications very quickly
• Ability to express ideas clearly, concisely in understandable form, both orally and in writing
