Ensure accuracy and timeliness of measuring the performance of digital marketing campaigns (ROI, CBA, A/B Testing etc.) ensuring reports are provided to decision makers to understand trends, problems and opportunities
Use reporting tools and analytics to track performance and identify areas of underperformance (product or client) and perform advanced analytics to understand root cause and complete scenario planning for solutions.
Work with colleagues to clearly identify problems to be solved, then design appropriate analytical studies to answer questions and aid decision making.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Manage ad-hoc requests and analyze digital marketing campaign data for key findings and strategic changes.
Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, dashboards and other BI solutions.
Define new process improvement opportunities.
Create data visualizations for performance reporting dashboards.
Communicate analysis with a focus on helping make better, faster decisions.
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
Enhance data collection procedures to include information relevant for analytic systems and extend our data with primary and secondary sources when needed.
Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data validation, and data mapping/design, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
Work with IT to filter, fact checks and "clean” data used for analyses and improve data collection and application processes.
Create and maintain process documentation.
BS in Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Marketing or similar.
3+ years in SEM, preferably campaign optimization or reporting and analysis.
Expert with Google Analytics.
Familiarity with SEO, paid social and programmatic advertising a plus.
2+ years in data analysis.
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and Google Analytics
Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing data sets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Consultation and communication experience working with c-suite.
Salesforce.com experience an asset.
Ability to meet deadlines, manage varied tasks and work with multiple departments to gather the data.
