The position

We are looking for a motivated Salesforce Administrator to help shape and drive our customer experience.  The hired candidate will be located and work out of the Contour Software Islamabad office, working as part of the resource-centre, as an extension of the division-based R&D department.
Primary responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Adding new users
  • Decommissioning users
  • Assisting in creating or updating reporting and dashboards for Head of Marketing and Head of Sales
  • Add new fields as required by the business to capture improved information
  • Update existing fields, particularly drop-down lists, to capture improved information - both in salesforce and HubSpot
  • Monitor and update the sync between salesforce and HubSpot to improve data flow between sales and marketing
  • Mass updates on existing records to clean up data
  • Modify access and permissions as approved by the head of sales and the head of marketing
  • Provide documentation to sales or marketing users on any of the changes made or processes to be followed
  • Importing leads and contact data when needed to ensure our data base and reporting integrity is maintained
  • Entering new leads that com from offline sources
  • Assisting with lead distribution from Marketing to Sales via Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Keeping the database and Salesforce instance clean and optimized, including managing new updates from Salesforce, license type changes etc.
  • Ability to write validation rules, crate process builders and do formulas in Salesforce.
  • Manage lead and contact merging and de-duplication
  • Manage the Salesforce and HubSpot sync
  • When needed mirror process changes in HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead management and flow from HubSpot to Salesforce
  • Gatekeeper of data integrity in Salesforce and HubSpot
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years experience working with a salesforce.com sales cloud organization using Professional or Enterprise edition
  • Salesforce Administrator certification from salesforce.com
  • Good understanding and aligned sales and marketing funnel and lifecycle marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good analytics skills and proficient with Excel
  • Great ability to work with remote team
