The Position:

The Perseus Operating Groupis seeking an energetic, independent, and detail-oriented Learning and Development (L&D) Trainee to join our team at our Contour office in Islamabad.

As a trainee in our Learning & Development (L&D) department, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of our training and development initiatives. This hands-on position will provide you with valuable experience in L&D administration and project management. You'll work closely with learning and development team members and business partners to provide tools and training support for employees. This is a great opportunity to grow as a learning professional and you'll have tremendous support to help you succeed in this role.


Key Responsibilities:

Your duties will include:

  • Manage the L&D inbox, responding to inquiries and routing messages appropriately.
  • Process training requests efficiently and accurately, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
  • Provide support on diverse L&D projects, including research, data analysis, and coordination of training activities.
  • Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) administration tasks such as user management, course enrollment, and reporting.

Qualifications/Skills

  • A post-secondary education
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to gather, interpret, and present data relevant to training initiatives.
  • Detail-oriented approach to tasks, with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Tech-savvy, particularly with Office 365 applications and the ability to quickly learn new software tools.
  • Be proactive and eager to contribute and learn, ask lots of questions, and provide solutions.
  • Maintaining a continuous improvement mindset and proactively identifying, reviewing, and implementing process improvements.
