The Position:
We are seeking MS Dynamics 365 Developer to use cutting edge cloud and data technologies to streamline services.

Responsibilities:

• Work in a team with other smart AIS employees using cutting edge technologies to solve challenging business problems
• Utilize professional judgement, critical thinking skills and research to improve processes and resolve issues affecting program performance
• Build elegant, scalable, extensible, cost effective solutions with an eye towards innovation and agility
• Utilize problem-solving and decision-making skills to understand client pain points and to self- troubleshoot as challenges arise
• Collaborate with other members of the development team and project managers to deliver solutions that surpass client expectations while meeting deadlines and budgets
• Design, write, unit test, and document application code to successfully deliver project-based work
• Work in an agile environment with participation in daily stand-ups/scrum
• Design, write, test, troubleshoot, and document application code
• Learn new technologies and be aware of industry standards, best practices, and trends
• Work closely with Quality Assurance group to support release process for changes
• Communicate with both internal and external clients to ensure changes that meet requirements
• Actively participate in code review and knowledge sharing sessions
• Assist Professional Services/Support staff as required with the investigation of technical issues

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university or a certificate from a technical training institute
• 4+ Years of experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, jQuery) to develop software solutions
• 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Centrail and Microsoft Power Platform
• Proven development background with front-end web technologies, including JavaScript frameworks
• Database development experience to develop software solutions
• Strong desire to learn and outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with FetchXML, SSRS, or Power BI
• Dynamics 365 Certification
• Microsoft Dynamics Architect
• Previous agile/Scrum experience
• Exposure with cloud technologies (Azure, O365, AWS), SharePoint (2013+), .NET Core, and Dynamics
• Front end web development background with Angular and/or React
• Must have strong SQL skills
• Familiar with load testing skills such as Storm Runner
