The Sales Development Representatives (SDR) acts as a liaison between our Sales & Marketing teams and holds an important position at the top of the sales funnel for the company. The primary responsibility is to drive interest from Franchise Partners for Market Leader product offerings to qualify leads and upgrade to new billing relationships. Specifically, this role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers to provide timely information and establish meetings for the sales team. This is a 6-month contractual position, with the potential to be converted into a permanent position based on the performance.
Work as part of the sales team to achieve sales objectives.
Prospect new business in US & Canada through marketing-provided inbound leads.
Execute a consultative sales process, assessing each prospect's needs.
Follow outreach plan through phone, email and text outreach: minimum 50 outreaches per day.
Schedule appointments for sales executives.
Speak passionately about the impact of software tools.
Stay current with Market Leader products and services.
Manage database to target prospective customers in alignment with overall sales strategy.
Leverage CRM and other tools to document tasks and prospect information.
Share, learn, and collaborate to improve execution and drive results within the team.
Ability to work 6 PM 3 AM PKT and 7 PM 4 AM PKT (Night Shift).
Bachelor's degree or higher from UK/Europe/US/Australia preferred.
Strong English (writing and verbal) communication skills
Knowledge of CRM systems
Real estate domain knowledge as an asset but not required
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
